Asbestos can't go into a skip with other waste. In Sydney, more than 10 square metres of bonded asbestos is by law a job for a Class B licensed removalist. The waste itself is accepted only at licensed landfills, the Lucas Heights centre and the Elizabeth Drive site at Kemps Creek among them. Ring before you drive out: plenty of these sites want 24 hours' notice.
